Over the last three years, Chrome has been working to empower web applications that want to push the boundaries of what’s possible in the browser. One such web application has been Photoshop. The idea of running software as complex as Photoshop directly in the browser would have been hard to imagine just a few years ago. However, by using various new web technologies, Adobe has now brought a public beta of Photoshop to the web.

The process of converting your images from RAW to a final JPEG is called RAW Development or sometimes a RAW to JPEG conversion. Although this process can be one of the most technical out there, if you do not feel comfortable doing this and you are willing to do some manual work in Photoshop, there is a way to do it much faster. This process can also be a little confusing since the best way to do it is normally from a RAW development program instead of Photoshop. Either way this is something that must be done before placing an image in your photograph as RAW digital images are much more likely to provide crisp, clean, and in-focus images. If you do your research, there are several programs that can RAW Development and convert it to work in Photoshop. Adobe Lightroom, is one of the fastest and easiest programs to do this. However, you do need to make sure you have and install a RAW development software first which can be a little tricky. Depending on the raw development program you choose you may need to keep your photos on a photo swap card, SD card, or another type of memory device.
